I want to know if my services are impacted now

Will there be any immediate impact to my FedEx Express or TNT services?

No. You will continue to have access to the same services and support teams you trust. Our team members are fully committed to delivering the same exceptional service you expect from FedEx Express and TNT. FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. You can rely on the same customer service team that you currently deal with. As we bring local ground network operations and sales teams together, you will benefit from one courier looking after all of your FedEx Express and TNT shipments and easier access to the full FedEx Express and TNT service portfolio.

What happens with embargoed and sanctioned countries in accordance with U.S. export regulations? Will TNT continue to service these markets?

TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued in effect from April 4, 2016.

Will FedEx reduce or change the services I get from TNT?

For the time being, FedEx and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. We intend to develop our services jointly for the future benefit of all our customers.

How will my services improve during the integration process?

There are no changes to the products and services offered by FedEx Express and TNT. Each stage of the integration journey will bring new improvements to the services we offer. We're working behind the scenes now, and we'll share new opportunities with you as soon as they become available.

I am shipping to/from countries outside of the UAE. Are they impacted by integration?

For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today in countries that are not integrating locally. Our integration has a phased approach with countries going through integration in phases. We will keep you updated as progress is made on integration in other regions. To find out if your destination country is integrating, please contact FedEx Express or TNT customer service.

Will cut-off times be affected?

There are no changes to your pick-up times or delivery schedules. For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. Commitment to exceptional service remains our number one priority. We will keep you updated as progress is made on our integration.

Can I use a TNT booking application or call TNT customer service to send a shipment with FedEx Express? And vice versa?

There are no immediate changes to the applications or the customer service number you use to book packages or pallets. However, if you would like to start using the services of either company, we welcome your business. Please contact your new sales representative or call customer service to open an account.

Will a FedEx Express service be available in TNT booking applications or via TNT customer service? And vice versa?

There are no immediate changes to the applications you use to book packages or pallets. FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today.

May I schedule a single pick-up order to collect both FedEx Express & TNT packages?

For now, there are no changes to scheduling pick up. You can continue to use the same applications and tools you always have. However, as we integrate our local ground network operations, a FedEx Express courier may pick up TNT shipments, and vice versa.

Are there any changes to my clearance operations?

There are no immediate changes to your existing clearance operations, services or times. However for TNT customers importing from the U.S., the shipment will be cleared and delivered by FedEx Express.

I'm a TNT customer. Will FedEx Express pick up my TNT packages, and vice versa?

Yes, it will be possible. As part of the local ground network integration, we are transferring all shipments into one location to manage both FedEx Express and TNT shipments. This is a phased approach, and we will keep you updated as we progress through this stage of integration. Commitment to exceptional service remains our number-one priority.

I'm a TNT customer - can I now drop my package at a FedEx Express facility/service counter? And vice versa?

You will be able to drop off your packages in certain areas in the UAE. Please call customer service for a list of FedEx Express or TNT locations accepting packages from both companies.

I'm a TNT customer - can I get supplies from FedEx Express and vice versa?

Yes, your courier can provide you with both FedEx Express and TNT supplies.

May I use FedEx Express packaging to ship with TNT or TNT packaging to ship with FedEx Express?

Each company's packaging is customized and optimized for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix packaging.

How do I access the services of both companies?

If you would like to start using the services of either company, we welcome your business. Please contact the appropriate customer service team to open your account.

May I schedule my TNT pick-up with FedEx Express, and vice versa?

Can I track my FedEx Express & TNT shipments on one or both websites?

There are no immediate changes to the applications you use to track packages. Track FedEx Express shipments on fedex.com and TNT on TNT.com

Do I retain my existing relationships with my FedEx Express and TNT courier?

We have started combining our courier teams in the UAE. Depending on your location, your FedEx Express and TNT shipments may be picked up or delivered by a FedEx Express or a TNT courier. Once we complete the integration of our ground operations teams, you will benefit from a single courier picking up and delivering your FedEx Express and TNT shipments.

Do I retain my existing relationships with my FedEx Express and TNT sales contacts?

Our sales teams are coming together for customers to benefit from a single sales contact, making it easier to access the world class services offered by both FedEx Express and TNT.

Who do I call for my future shipping needs?

If you have an existing relationship with either or both of the companies, please reach out to your sales representative. Otherwise, please contact TNT Customer Service for TNT services and FedEx Express Customer Service for FedEx Express services.

Will the customer service numbers change?

There is no immediate change to your customer service number. FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today.

I am a FedEx Express customer - how do I open an account with TNT and vice versa?

To open an account with FedEx Express or TNT, please contact your new sales representatives, or call TNT Customer Service for TNT services and FedEx Express Customer Service for FedEx Express services. You can also ship without opening an account. Simply visit tnt.com or fedex.com for shipping and booking options.
