The face of FedEx to our customers, you will organise and complete the collection and delivery of their packages. Working within an assigned area, this is more than just a driving job.

Building strong relationships with your customers, you will ensure that we continue to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Handlers (Warehouse & Ramp)

Handlers (Warehouse & Ramp)

Our Handlers ensure that all our customers' packages get to the right place, on time. Sorting and moving packages and freight, you will make sure that happens. As well as checking labels for correct destinations, you will identify packages needed by Customs and use advanced scanning technology to allow customers to track their packages.

Planning & Engineering

The department „Planning & Engineering“ has a central role in planning and continuously improving operational processes within FedEx and plays an essential part in developing new business areas and service offerings.

Creation, implementation and coordination of projects with the goal to excel productivity and efficiency in all operational areas are regular tasks as well as flight and network planning.

Operations Management

As a Manager you will be responsible for FedEx's most imporant asset - the people. You will need to be a genuine leader, who can generate trust and respect and champion the company's aim to make every customer experience outstanding.

You have to liaise with other managers, learn about different areas of the organisation and discover how you can develop everyone's contribution.
