Please note that in order to comply with Australian Aviation Transport Security Regulations, you are required to show an appropriate form of identification when your shipment is picked up.

Appropriate identification comprises:

A) An Australian passport; or,
B) An Australian photographic driver’s licence; or,
C) A foreign passport supported by another form of identification; or,
D) A photographic identification card issued by an Australian government body; or,
E) A photographic credit card; or,
D) Credit card details where the sender pays for the shipment by that credit card.

Please have your package open for inspection when it is picked up by our courier. Your airfreight will also be subject to security and checking procedures. Please be advised that it is illegal to consign unauthorised explosive and incendiary devices as airfreight.
