You can use Track to check the status of your shipment at any time during and after delivery. With just a few clicks, you can check the status of up to 25 FedEx shipments at a time.

Here are some helpful tips:
|
|
Track by tracking number-You can enter tracking numbers for up to 25 shipments at a time. Please ensure that you enter only one tracking number per line.
|
|
Summary Results-The Summary Results screen shows status, destination, and date and time delivery information by tracking number. To get more details on any shipment, click on the underlined tracking number.

|
View detailed results for other tracking numbers-If you have entered multiple tracking numbers, you can see detailed results of other shipments by clicking on Previous or Next, or by selecting a tracking number from the pull-down menu.

Date and time-The Delivery Date/Time on the Detailed Results page reflects the time of delivery according to the time zone of the destination.
|
Comments-The Comments column on the Detailed Results may include additional shipment information. Here are a few of the most common comments with explanations.
- Holiday/business closed: The recipient's business was closed due to a holiday when FedEx attempted delivery. FedEx will attempt to deliver this shipment on the next business day.
- Shipments held at FedEx location: This shipment is being held at a FedEx location due to either the sender's request or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Recipient not in/business closed: The recipient's business was closed, or the recipient was not available. FedEx will attempt to deliver this shipment on the next business day.

Tracking older shipments-Tracking information is available for FedEx shipments within 120 days of shipment. To find the status of a shipment older than 120 days, please contact Customer Service.

|
Alternate Reference Track-If you do not have a tracking number, you can track by reference number. Choose how you would like to search from the Reference Type menu and enter your FedEx account number and up to 25 reference numbers of your selected reference type.
