FedEx / TNT Integration

How we’re moving forward together

As we integrate our companies, exceptional service will remain our top priority. That’s why we’re working in phases, with groups of countries/territories going through the integration together at different times over the next years.

Not every area of the business can and should come together at once, so we’ll be combining different parts of FedEx Express and TNT at different stages during the integration. We have dedicated local teams around the world to make sure our customers’ business and operational needs are fully considered in our plans. Experience tells us this is the best way to consolidate our businesses with minimal impact to yours.

Our progress so far

The first countries/territories to begin integration are the U.S., Canada, Spain, Japan, Romania and the UAE, and we’re reaching our key milestones as planned. We have already integrated our depots in Houston, San Francisco and Ottawa, and our sales, customer service, IT and other back-office functions in the U.S. and Canada. This is all helping to bring a leaner, more efficient network.

As we bring the FedEx Express and TNT local networks together in Spain, Japan, Romania and the UAE, customers in these countries/territories will start to see improvements to their service options and benefit from much better international and domestic coverage. We’re keeping everyone affected by the integration up to date with our integration progress in advance of any changes. And customers can continue to reach our team for support.
