Printable Version State-of-the-art FedEx® Tracking design significantly enhances shipment status checking

FedEx has just launched a completely new version of its online tracking system, designed to provide key shipment status reports at a glance and in the most user-friendly way possible.

Key features of the FedEx® Tracking system include the following benefits for you:

1. A new progression bar graphic enables you to quickly determine the shipment status of all your packages at any time, including the latest estimated delivery times.
   
   
2. You can customize your search results according to your own specific needs (e.g. by tracking reference, order of scans, timing conventions and zones, units of weight etc).
   
   
3. Summary and detailed screens allow you to quickly review the overall progress of your shipments and then focus on individual consignments as necessary.
   
   
4. You can opt to send and receive automatic e-mail notifications of delivery or exception reports.
   
   
5. Once you have requested specific tracking information on one or more shipments, you can obtain updated tracking information for up to 48 hours without the need to repeat the request.
   
   

The FedEx® Tracking system is now available in English and in sixteen local language versions: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Arabic, Hungarian, Portuguese, Turkish, Greek, Hebrew, Dutch and Russian.
