Printable Version New FedEx widget gives customers additional, easy-to-use shipping information
You can now download free of charge our new FedEx Desktop software to install on your computer. This provides you with proactive alerts when delivery or exception happens. And you can track the detailed information on all your shipments without any necessity to open Internet Explorer or to log on to fedex.com. If you are already a FedEx InSight® user, FedEx Desktop will also automatically display all your shipments. In addition, if you login on FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com using your ID and password, you will automatically see all shipments processed via that system on FedEx Desktop.
FedEx Desktop allows you to review the tracking history of all shipments according to your own criteria preferences. You can also store the details of up to 3,600 shipments and manually add or purge tracking numbers as you wish.
Do you already have a fedex.com login? If yes you can download and install FedEx Desktop now. If not, you should first register on fedex.com before downloading FedEx Desktop to your computer.
This FedEx Desktop option is now available in English for use in UAE, Bahrain, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, the UK, Sweden, Ireland, France, Spain, India, Italy, Kuwait, Estonia, Luxembourg, Norway, Latvia and Lithuania.
