FedEx Express Wins Two Awards At INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards 2013
FedEx Express won the ‘best call center’ and ‘best career and skills path’, at the INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards 2013. Now in its eighth year, the INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards have become a gold standard in the region for customer service success. FedEx Express was recognized for its performance and service excellence. The awards highlight FedEx commitment to providing its customers with an outstanding experience.
In a month, over 86,000 requests received through calls, emails and online chat from across the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait are processed by 60 customer service team members. The call center is active round the clock, 7 days a week, offering support in various languages including English, Arabic, Tagalog and most Indian languages. “The awards are testament to the dedication of our team members,” said Nathalie Amiel-Ferrault, vice president customer experience Europe, Middle East, Africa, and marketing & communications Middle East, India & Africa.
