Avoid Delivery Delays By Providing Us With Full Consignee Details

You and your colleagues play a vital part in helping us make sure that your shipments are delivered at the earliest possible moment and without any delays.

Avoid customer dissatisfaction and extra costs by double-checking that when you prepare and send us your shipping documentation and instructions you always include the following consignee details:

  • If the consignee is a company, please indicate the complete company name. In case of a private individual, do not write anything in Company name field.
  • An up-to-date contact name - plus a title when relevant e.g. Warehouse Manager.
  • A full physical delivery address or location. A Post Office Box No. by itself is insufficient, so please do include as much information as possible e.g. the building or plot number, the door code, the floor number and so on. All such details should be included in the Address field on your Airway Bill.
  • And most importantly, a landline and/or mobile phone number in case we need to speak to your consignee.

Remember, just a few minutes spent making sure that these details are complete and correct will save you time and money, give you peace of mind - and keep your customers happy!
