Friendly, efficient, reliable - that's what being a FedEx Express Courier represents to our customers. The most important responsibilities are to provide delivery and pick-up of assigned packages.

All Couriers receive on-going, state-of-the-art training through a variety of training venues, including classroom instruction and hands-on training. FedEx wants to ensure that all aspects of vehicle operation and safety standards are understood and practiced at all times. Training on the proper use of hand-held scanning/package tracking devices is also important to ensure that customer information enters FedEx systems accurately.

To qualify for a Courier job, you must be 21 years of age or older.  Minimum requirements for the Courier job include High School diploma or equivalent, possession of appropriate license for the vehicle assigned.  Must be able to lift 70 lbs. (32 kgs) and maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs. (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment
