Service Agent
FedEx Express Service Agents are a vital link to our customers. Service Agents typically work in World Service Centers or stations, and handle a variety of customer-related transactions, ensuring that FedEx customers receive excellent service. Service Agents prepare various operations reports, and provide administrative and clerical support to the station manager.
Service Agents receive extensive in-house training and instruction through state-of-the-art technology, hands-on learning, and classroom instruction.
Minimum requirements for the Service Agents job include High School diploma or equivalent, previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment, and ability to communicate in English as determined by TOEIC exam. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. (32 kgs) and maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs. (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment.
