Customer Service Representative


As a Customer Rep, you are the ambassador between FedEx and our most important commodities: our customers. Successful Customer Reps at FedEx are good communicators and problem-solvers. They are resilient and adaptable and are always interested in learning about the newest tools or technologies that will help them provide better service.

Customer Service locations in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico and around the world are linked via our virtual network, allowing us to be available for our customers around the clock, seven days a week. We use state-of-the-art technology, allowing Customer Reps to quickly and effectively get the job done to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, 100% of the time.

Minimum requirements for the Customer Service Rep job include High School diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience in a service environment, computer literacy, and ability to communicate in English as determined by TOEIC exam.
