In order to reprint your Bank slip, please follow the steps listed below according to the information that is available at your payment invoice:

  1. CNPJ do Cedente (FedEx Tax ID - only numbers, Ex: 00676486000506)
  2. CNPJ do Sacado (your company's Tax ID, only numbers)
  3. Nosso número Bancário (without the last digit)
  4. Inform the security code requested by Banco do Brasil that will be shown on your screen

    Or
  5. Inform the numeric code (código numérico - linha digitável)
