As part of our commitment to reduce waste, FedEx will no longer mail paper activity records as of October 29, 2013 for accounts linked to a credit card. There will be no change to the process for billing shipping, duties, and tax charges to the credit card linked to an account, and the charges will continue to appear on monthly credit card statements.
