Schedule a Pickup
Scheduling a pickup is now even easier at fedex.ca. The new Schedule a Pickup tool allows you to make all of your package pickup requests from one location.
The tool allows you to tell us when and where to pick up your shipments, and any special instructions you have. Plus, you can easily view, access and manage your pickups with our new Pickup History tool.

Consolidate Scheduling
Request pickups for FedEx Express® and FedEx Ground® shipments at the same time and from the same location within the tool.
Automate Addressing
To save you time, the Schedule a Pickup tool automatically fills in your account address. You can easily specify an alternate pickup address for your shipment and you can even select the address from your integrated fedex.ca address book.
Management Made Easy
View completed and pending pickups, search and sort for specific pickups and edit or cancel pickup requests all from the new Pickup History area. Intuitive navigation gives you easy access to your pickup history, FedEx Express regular pickup cancellations and FedEx Ground Call Tags.
