Submitting a claim for a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipment and staying informed on its status is easy with FedEx Claims Online.




Streamline the claims process by filing online
  • We pre-populate the claim form with details from your shipping record, so you can complete it faster.
  • At your request, we'll send periodic e-mail updates on your claim’s status at key points during the review process — for example, to confirm when we’ve received your supporting documentation.
  • Typically we can resolve claims within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your claim form and additional supporting documentation, unless additional research time is needed.

Submitting a claim online is easy

To access Claims online, visit fedex.ca, and select Claims Resolution from the Manager My Account menu.
