SEOUL, January 8 , 2001 - FedEx Express Korea ("FedEx"),
the world's largest express transportation company, today
announced the launch of its Korea homepage www.fedex.com/kr.
The site provides shipping information, including a tracking
service, and useful facts for customers about FedEx in both
Korean and English.
Major features of the homepage are: FedEx Facts, FedEx History,
FedEx Service and Network, On-line Tracking, e-Business Solution,
FedEx Product Guidelines, FAQ and Help, FedEx Korea Contact
Information and FedEx Update News. All are in Korean and
English, except for FedEx News which is currently provided
in English only.
The e-Business Solution section allows customers to develop
and implement their Internet business through FedEx's total
logistics solution.
The homepage is the first FedEx site in Asia providing e-Business
information in the local language.
