Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), the world's largest express transportation company, announced today that it will participate in LOGIS-TECH 98, the international logistics exhibition, which will be held at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, from October 20 to 24.
At its MD-11 aircraft look-alike stand, FedEx will make an exhibition under the theme of ‘Speed & Reliability,' and introduce its express transportation services through panels and other exhibits. The company will also make a presentation to explain its wide capabilities ranging from basic express services to the state-of-the-art supply chain management solutions. LOGIS-TECH 98 is the region's biggest trade show designed to introduce a wide range of latest logistics equipment, systems and related information, as well as promote business development and exchanges of information and personnel. Organized by the Japanese Association of Industrial Equipment, the five-day exhibition is expected to have 150,000 visitors.
