Drop-off location NewWorks: Important information

Our drop-off locations are as far as possible integrated into our international and worldwide network.

However conditions extra to our General Conditions of Transportation apply when dropping off a package at NewWorks:
If you ship on your own account number
 
  • You must use Swiss FedEx account numbers only
  • The maximum weight per package is 30kg

If you ship on the NewWorks account number
(because you don't have a Swiss account number)
  • The maximum weight per package is 30kg
  • The maximum declared value is EUR 22
