| Fedex drop-off discount effective now! |

| Effective Dec.21, 2005, customers who drop-off shipments at any of the FedEx World Service Center, FedEx Station or FedEx gateway in China will receive a generous RMB20 discount on the cost of their shipments freight charge(US$2.4 for freight collect payment in overseas. The discount is not applied to payer who has FedEx discount that is greater than drop-off discount.). |
