Service Update during the 2008 Olympic Games
FedEx pickup and delivery services operating as normal in non-traffic control areas of Beijing

Beijing has introduced a range of temporary traffic control measures, which will be in effect from July 1 to September 20. The measures aim to improve air quality and facilitate the smooth operation of public transportation in the run-up to and during the Olympic Games and the Paralympics.
Given this, FedEx has activated contingency plans to maintain customer services wherever possible. As a result, pickups and deliveries for domestic time-definite services continue to operate as normal for customers located in non-traffic control areas+.
