| The Money Back Guarantee policy will not apply to shipments sent or received between 12/18/2006 and 12/23/2006 and meet the criteria below: |

- Shipments to and from U.S. & Puerto Rico paid by a U.S. account and
- If shipments are delivered within 90 minutes of the delivery commitment.

| Note: The Money Back Guarantee policy will apply to shipments that are paid by a U.S. account but the shipment origin and destination are not U.S. & Puerto Rico. |
