An enhanced global delivery network optimized for packages and pallets
The TNT worldwide delivery network is optimized to move parcels and pallets. It covers over 200 countries via global and regional air connections and regional road networks in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, South America and Asia.

Will there be any immediate impact on my FedEx Express or TNT services?
You will continue to have access to the same services and support teams you trust. Our team members are fully committed to delivering the same exceptional service you expect from the FedEx Express and/or TNT brand. You can rely on the same customer service team that you currently deal with. As we bring local ground operations together in stages, you will soon benefit from one courier looking after all of your FedEx Express and TNT shipments.
Will FedEx Express reduce or change the services I get from TNT?
We intend to develop our services jointly for the future benefit of all our customers.

How will my services improve during the integration process?
There are no changes to the products and services offered by FedEx Express and TNT. The service coverage will be expanded in some areas. Each stage of the integration journey will bring new improvements to the services we offer. We're working behind the scenes now, but we'll share new opportunities with you as soon as they become available.
I am shipping to/from countries/territories outside of China. Are they impacted by integration?
Our integration is in phases. We will keep you informed as we make progress on the integration. For detailed information on your shipment, please call your FedEx Express and/or TNT Customer Service teams respectively.
I want to ship
Can I use TNT to send a shipment with FedEx Express, and vice versa?
FedEx Express and TNT integration will be phased. As we integrate our local ground operations, there are no changes to the way you book and ship your shipments with FedEx Express and TNT. We will inform you about any changes and improvements for you and your business.
Can I use the TNT booking application or call TNT customer service to send a shipment with FedEx Express? And vice versa?
There are no immediate changes to the applications you use to book packages or pallets. Please use the respective booking system or contact the respective customer service for sending a shipment with FedEx Express/TNT.

May I schedule a single pick-up order to collect both FedEx Express & TNT packages?
For now, there are no changes to scheduling a pick-up. Please continue to use the same applications and tools you have been using with the respective companies to schedule for pick-up. However, you may notice a FedEx Express courier pick up TNT shipments, as we are in the midst of integrating our local operations.
Is there any change for my clearance flow?
There are no immediate changes for your clearance flow. Please contact the relevant FedEx Express or TNT CS team as usual.
I'm a TNT customer - can I get supplies from FedEx Express and vice versa?
Please continue to approach TNT customer service for TNT supplies and FedEx Express customer service for FedEx Express supplies.
How may I access the services of both companies?
If you would like to start using the services of either company, we welcome your business. Please contact the appropriate customer service team to open your account.
Can I use the FedEx Express air waybill to ship TNT, and vice versa?
Not at this point. Please continue to follow your current pre-shipment process for Air Waybills and customs documentation.
I want to track a shipment
May I track my FedEx Express & TNT shipments on one or both websites?
There are no immediate changes to the way customers track packages. For now, shipments with FedEx Express will continue to be tracked via FedEx Express website and TNT shipments will continue to be tracked via TNT website.
I want to know who to contact (Sales, Courier, Customer Service)
I’m working with both FedEx Express and TNT - do I need to retain the multi-supplier relationship I have at the moment?
At the moment, there will be no change to your existing relationship with either Company. FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. We will keep you informed as we make progress on the integration.
Do I retain my existing relationships with my FedEx Express and TNT couriers?
The FedEx Express and TNT integration will be phased. As we integrate our local ground operations, you will benefit from one courier to pick up and deliver all of your FedEx Express and TNT shipments. We will inform you about any changes and improvements for you and your business.
Do I retain my existing relationships with my FedEx Express and TNT sales contacts?
Our sales team will have been integrated on 1 June 2018. As we’re bringing our sales teams together, your sales contact may change. However, our sales teams have been trained in FedEx Express and TNT services to make sure you get the shipping support you expect from both companies.
Meanwhile, from 1 June 2018, you will be benefit from one sales to support both your FedEx and TNT shipments, if there are no special circumstances. If you would like to know the details of your sales representative, you may call FedEx Express or TNT Customer Service for assistance.
Who do I call for my future shipping needs?
To learn how to ship with FedEx Express or TNT, please contact your current FedEx Express or TNT contact. If you have an existing relationship with both companies, please continue to reach out to your current contact in each company as you have before.
Will the customer service numbers change?
There is no immediate change to the customer service number you use today.
If I have any questions about my TNT or FedEx Express shipment, which customer service number should I call?
Please contact TNT for a question about a TNT shipment and contact FedEx Express about a FedEx Express shipment.

Successful integrations take time. We have a dedicated team to oversee the integration process and ensure the transition is seamless for you and your business. At the forefront of our planning is maintaining the quality of service we provide to you today. May I use my FedEx Express account number for TNT services and vice versa?
Please continue to use your FedEx Express (or TNT) account for FedEx Express (or TNT) shipping. It is because account numbers can only be used for services from the individual company that issued them. However, if you would like to start using services of either company, please contact your respective Customer Service teams for assistance.
I am a TNT customer - how do I open an account with FedEx Express?
Please contact your FedEx Express customer service team to open a FedEx Express account.
I am a new customer and want to ship with FedEx Express and TNT. Who do I contact?

Will TNT or FedEx Express send me an invoice for the services provided?
