Terms and Conditions

  1. By submitting an entry into this Campaign, you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Campaign Period: This Campaign commences on Sep 1, 2017 and concludes on May 31, 2018 (both dates inclusive).
  3. Entry to Campaign:
    1. Entry into this Campaign is open to Participant who have registered online at the designated promotion website, and who do not have an existing FedEx corporate or personal account (a "Participant").
    2. To enter this Campaign, a Participant must successfully open a FedEx Account. The date of account creation refers to the notification by FedEx. FedEx aggregate account holders are not eligible for this Campaign.
    3. The opening of a new FedEx account may take up to seven (7) business days from the date FedEx receives the Participant's application and all supporting documents. Upon opening of a FedEx account, the Participant will receive an email or telephone or fax notification for the FedEx account number.
    4. If a Participant is a FedEx business account, then an individual person may be nominated as its representative (“Nominated Representative”) and enter on the Participant’s behalf, but not in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted per Participant. If a Participant wins a reward, any individual person who receives the reward shall be deemed to be properly authorized by such Participant to receive the reward.
    5. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
    6. Incomprehensible, objectionable and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible for the rewards.
    7. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
  4. Promotional Discount; Rewards
    1. Discount Offer:
      (1) International:
      1. A Participant who successfully enrolled in this Campaign according to section I, II and III above and signed the “Monthly Settlement Agreement” with FedEx will enjoy discount on the list-priced basic freight charge of each international eligible shipment (as specified below) for both export and import.
      2. New Wireless Payment Active pre-paid FedEx account (corporate or personal), will enjoy discount (6-month validity period) for international shipments. Should there be any discrepancies on the promotion time and discount rate, please refer to the notification email provided by our Customer Service Hotline representative.
      3. Minimum Revenue Commitments: A Participant shall maintain or exceed the minimum amount stated in the notification email. If a Participate fails to meet or sustain the minimum revenues requirement, FedEx may terminate this Campaign without further notice.

      (2)China Domestic: A Participant who successfully enrolled in this Campaign and signed the “Monthly Settlement Agreement” with FedEx before Jun 30, 2018 or new wireless Payment account(corporate) will enjoy 5% off (zone 1 of FedEx China Domestic List Rate) and 10% off (zone 2-12 of FedEx China Domestic List Rate) on each China domestic eligible shipment for 12 months. Loading promotional discount for a new FedEx account may take up to three or nine (3-9) business days from the date participant signed the “Monthly Settlement Agreement” with FedEx, which refers to the notification by FedEx.
      (3) Above discount offer is based on the list-priced basic freight charge published by FedEx, the discount effective date and end date will be stated in the discount notification email sent by FedEx.
      (4) Modifications Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions, FedEx reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue new discounts, modify FedEx's List Rates, impose surcharges (including fuel surcharge) and to amend, modify, or discontinue this Campaign at any time, subject but not limited to the followings;
      1. Change in Discounts or Discontinuance.
        FedEx will provide not less than thirty (30) calendar days' prior notice of any change in the discounts or a discontinuance of this Campaign either by mail or by a message sent by an electronic transmission.
      2. Other Changes.
        Any amendment or modification to FedEx's List Rates, surcharges (including fuel surcharge), or other terms and conditions of this Campaign, will be posted on www.fedex.com/cnand will also be available from FedEx Customer Service.
    2. Shipping Rewards:
      (1) MC account
      1. Reward 1: A CNY100 International shipping voucher will be granted if a qualified Participant paid 2-4 international shipments within the first 30 days of account opening by the Participant’s invited FedEx account; An extra CNY100 International shipping voucher will be granted if a qualified Participant paid equal or above 5 international shipments within the first 30 days of account opening by the Participant’s invited FedEx account.
      2. Reward 2: A CNY50 Domestic shipping voucher will be granted if a qualified Participant paid equal or above 5 China domestic shipments within the first 30 days of account opening by the Participant’s invited FedEx account.
      3. Reward 3: After the first 30 days, a CNY100 International shipping voucher will be granted if a qualified Participant paid equal or above 2 international shipments per consecutive 30 days, accumulate equal or above 4 by the Participant’s invited FedEx account
      • The freight charge mentioned above does not include other charges, duties and tax, fuel surcharge, duty and tax surcharges and other surcharges.
      • Pooling of shipments from multiple accounts is not permitted and such pooled shipments are not eligible to earn rewards in this Campaign.
    3. The eligible shipment (either international or domestic) must meet all of the following requirements:
      (1) Shipment freight charge must be paid by the Participant’s FedEx account opened through this Campaign.
      (2) No spot rate, CS Hotline Rate, China domestic special pricing or other promotion pricing should be used.
    4. Conditions for discount offer of this campaign:
      (1) The discount applies to account under credit status (signed Monthly Settlement Agreement with FedEx or Wireless Payment Active pre-paid FedEx account). If Monthly Settlement Agreement account changes from credit status to cash status in the promotion period, the discount will not be effective.
      (2) The discount only applies to paid by FedEx account or Wireless Payment Active pre-paid FedEx account opened through this Campaign and using FedEx International Priority (IP), International Economy (IE) service, International Priority Freight (IPF) or International Economy Freight (IEF) services.
      (3)The discount only applies to FedEx International Priority (IP), International Economy (IE), International Priority Freight (IPF), International Economy Fre ight (IEF). China domestic Priority Delivery Service (PDS) or China domestic General Delivery Service (GDS) shipments.
      (4) The discount does not apply to International Priority Direct Distribution (IPD), International Economy Direct Distribution (IED), International Priority Direct Distribution Freight (IDF), International First (IF) or FedEx 10kg / 25kg Box rate shipments.
      (5) No other charges, including but not limited to duties and tax, fuel surcharge, duty and tax surcharges and other surcharges, are subject to the discount.
      (6) Shipment is tendered within the discount effective period specified in the discount notification email received by the Participant.
      (7) The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other shipping discount or offer provided by FedEx.
      (8) The discount is applied to the FedEx account specified in the discount notification email only and cannot be transferred to another account.
    5. How to redeem International Shipping Voucher:
      (1) When you get the invoice notification email from FedEx Finance Department, please attach the email from FedEx Marketing as the supporting document to the group email ID: FSCCN-IA-IXP@corp.ds.fedex.com.
      (2) Please indicate the AWB numbers you want to redeem FedEx shipping voucher.
      (3) If Finance department approve the redemption, the system will send back to you automatically. If failed, you will be in touch.
    6. How to redeem Domestic Shipping Voucher:
      (1) When you get the invoice notification email from FedEx Finance Department, please attach the email from FedEx Marketing as the supporting document to the group email ID: FSCCN-IA-DXP@corp.ds.fedex.com.
      (2) Please indicate the AWB numbers you want to redeem FedEx shipping voucher.
      (3) If Finance department approve the redemption, you will receive the email. If failed, you will be in touch.
    7. Conditions of FedEx Shipping Voucher:
      (1) The FedEx shipping voucher is available for Monthly Credit accounts only.
      (2)Please pay the shipments during the campaign period.
      (3) The FedEx shipping voucher could be redeemed within the period indicated in the letter from FedEx.
      (4) The FedEx shipping voucher could be redeemed for International or Domestic shipments one-off, limited to the freight charge, no to duty and tax, fuel surcharge, etc. No repeated redemption.
      (5) The FedEx shipping voucher is redeemed after Monthly Credit invoice notification, not for cash shipments (including pre-paid by credit card)
      (6) The FedEx shipping voucher cannot be transferred, refunded, no re-issue if you lost the email from FedEx Marketing.
      (7) The balance of FedEx shipping voucher cannot be redeemed, or cash-equivalents gifts.
      (8) Please call our International Service hotline at 800.988.1888, Domestic Service hotline at 400.889.1888 if you have any questions.
      (9) FedEx reserves the right to replace the reward stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice. The rewards stated herein cannot be exchanged for cash, cash-equivalents or any other gifts, goods or service of value.
  5. General Terms
    1. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a Participant or other parties in connection with this Campaign, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    2. Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
    3. FedEx reserves the right to require the winner(s) to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the winner(s) with the reward, confirming that the winner is not excluded from entry into this Campaign pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the winner(s) has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the rewards.
    4. By entering this Campaign, unless otherwise advised by the Participant, each Participant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.
    5. If this Campaign is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign.
    6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
    7. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
    8. In the event of any discrepancies with respect to this Campaign. FedEx will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
    9. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.
