• Paperwork for your international express shipment will be prepared on-site at our stand. Please have this information handy.
• Payment options: your FedEx account number, Cash or Credit Card
• For shipments that have been cleared for import by FedEx, you can call FedEx for pick-up at 0800 123 0800.
• For shipments that have been cleared by a Trade Fair Broker, please contact the broker for pick-up and export clearance.
• We can keep your shipments for you to pick-up at our FedEx location at CeBIT - simply write "HOLD at FedEx location" on your shipments
• Our delivery service is available during the whole show, weekend 7-8 March included
• We offer a day and time definite delivery. However, please indicate us a time period of minimum 3 hours, e.g. delivery 5th of March, 10.00am - 01.00pm

• Brochures may be imported Duty & Tax free, provided that the following appears on the invoice:
    –  The words "CeBIT free handouts"
    –  The name of the receiving company with hall & stand number.
• Small Dutiables – valued less than EUR 22 may be imported Duty & Tax free.
• Shipments valued less than USD 1,000 are more efficient and preferable because documentation is simpler and faster.
• High Value Dutiables – valued greater than EUR 22 / USD 32

• A – These can be cleared by FedEx. Duty & Taxes (approximately 25% of value + freight) will be either:
   1) invoiced to Shipper / 3rd party account number (if provided on AWB ) or
   2) paid by Consignee Cash upon Delivery (Credit Cards not accepted).
  No special documentation is required, although importers can not have subsidiaries in Germany.

 

•  B – Temporary Customs Entry may be processed only by a Trade Fair Broker.
  In this case, the Trade Fair broker must be contacted prior to transport and the conditions and delivery address on the FedEx AWB etc. must be set. 

Charges for Temporary Customs Entries are min. EUR 290 (USD 430).
Please expect one extra day for Customs clearance and delivery.
We work in cooperation with Schenker and have a daily shuttle to their In-Bond- Warehouse on the fairground:

 For shipments valued up to USD 4,000, we suggest option A.

• Complete and correct delivery address on the AWB; including exhibitor name, hall and stand number
• Valid phone number, so we may contact you prior to arrival of freight
• Sufficient description of goods and any Customs Tariff Code on AWB or Invoice
• Invoice must mention that this is a Trade Fair shipment for CeBIT.

• Travel light and let us ship your exhibition materials back after the CeBIT
• We can directly deliver to and ship from your exhibition stand
• Take advantage of our free packaging and online real-time tracking services
• Overnight delivery within Europe –  to more than 50,000 European postal codes and next day delivery before 9:00 am, 9:30 am or 10:00 am to more than 16,000 postal codes*
• Overnight to the USA –  delivery within 1-2 business days to almost all areas of the US*
• Faster to Asia –  delivery within 2 to 3 business days to Asia*
