Additional volumes have affected operations at the Charles de Gaulle (CDG) hub in France over the last weeks, resulting in a backlog. Although significant efforts have been deployed to clear it, FedEx Express is still experiencing temporary service delays for FedEx Express shipments transiting via CDG across Europe. Contingency plans are in place to ensure the quality of our service and we will continue to work on clearing the backlog. We remain committed to providing the best service possible to our customers and we regret any delays you may have experienced. We intend to resume our regular service schedule as swiftly as possible.
