Printable Version Signature Proof of Delivery Available Online

If you need an actual Signature Proof of Delivery for a shipment, it is available online, at fedex.com.

 

It’s very easy to obtain a copy of the Signature Proof of Delivery. Just go to fedex.com, click on ‘Track’ and enter the Air Waybill number of your shipment.  Then click on the ‘Signature proof’ button at the bottom of the screen. If a signature is available at that time, you can view and download a scanned proof of delivery letter, containing the signature as a PDF document.

 

You can now request up to 30 Signature Proof of Delivery letters in one easy step on Fedex.com. Should you need a detailed Signature Proof of Delivery (if available) including the complete contact name, company name, street address, city, state/province, postal code and country information of both the shipper and recipient, please enter your FedEx account number in the Request Signature Proof of Delivery section.Please note that the SPOD is not available for deliveries to the Asia Pacific region.
