On June 1st 2018, TNT has become FedEx Express service provider in Greece taking over the deliveries of all shipments for FedEx Express locally.

Pick-up and delivery times may change. Check with your courier, sales representative or call TNT customer service for more details.

I am a FedEx Express/TNT customer, how will my services improve during the integration process?

There are no changes to the products and services offered by TNT and FedEx Express. Each stage of the integration journey will bring new improvements to the services we offer. We'll be excited to share new opportunities with you as soon as they become available.

I am shipping to/from countries outside of Greece ā€“ are they impacted by integration?

For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today in countries that are not integrating locally. Our integration has a phased approach with groups of countries going through integration at the same time. We will keep you updated as progress is made on integration in other regions. To find out if your destination country is integrating, please contact TNT customer service.

What happens with embargoed and sanctioned countries in accordance with U.S. export regulations? Will TNT continue to service these markets?

TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued with effect from April 4, 2016.

I want to know why some changes are happening

Why is a TNT courier now picking up and/or delivering my FedEx Express shipments?

From June 1st 2018 TNT has been appointed as the FedEx Express service provider, which means TNT will provide the collections and deliveries of FedEx Express shipments, as well as customs clearance support. If you have any questions, contact the TNT customer service.

My TNT courier is now wearing a TNT and FedEx Express branded lanyard and/or driving a FedEx Express van, why?

As the TNT and FedEx Express integration progresses, you’ll also start to see the FedEx Express and TNT logos side by side on your courier’s lanyard and in some of our communications, as well as on courier vans.

The TNT logo has changed and it now says TNT will become FedEx Express, why?

Introduction of the 'TNT will become FedEx Express' logo is an interim step reflecting that integration has started in Greece and is progressing.

Can I use TNT to send a shipment with FedEx Express, and vice versa?

No there are no changes to the way you book and ship your shipments with FedEx Express and TNT. You can continue to use your preferred methods. Will a FedEx Express service be available in TNT booking applications or via TNT customer service, and vice versa?

A FedEx Express service will not be available in TNT booking applications. May I schedule a single pick-up order to collect both FedEx Express and TNT packages?

For now, there are no changes to scheduling pick-ups, you can continue to use the same applications and tools you always did. However, as TNT is the FedEx Express service provider in Greece, a TNT courier will pick up TNT and FedEx Express shipments.

Can I use the FedEx Express air waybill to ship TNT, and vice versa?

No. For now, there are no changes to the use of the air waybill. For FedEx Express shipments please continue to use the FedEx Express air waybill, and for TNT shipments, please continue to use the TNT air waybill.

I am a TNT customer, are there any changes to my clearance operations?

There are no immediate changes to your existing clearance operations, services or time. Our team members are committed to delivering the same exceptional service you expect from the TNT brand.

I am a FedEx Express customer, are there any changes to my clearance operations?

TNT is a FedEx Express service provider in Greece and from June 1st 2018 will provide customs clearance support for all FedEx Express inbound and outbound shipments to/from Greece. Each company's packaging is customised and optimised for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix packaging.

How may I access the services of both companies?

If you would like to start using the services of either company, we welcome your business. Please contact TNT customer service to learn how to open an account.

May I use my FedEx account number for TNT services and vice versa?

No. Account numbers can only be used for services from the individual company that issued them. However, if you would like to start using services of either company, we welcome your business. Please contact TNT customer service to learn how to open an account.

Who is the new service provider for FedEx in Greece?

After reviewing the market requirements in Greece, FedEx Express appointed TNT Greece as its new service provider, effective June 1st, 2018.

TNT is one of the leading express service providers in Greece and has been active in the Greek market since 1989. TNT Greece provides full coverage of the national territory. TNT Greece has two international air and road gateways in Athens and Thessaloniki, 6 depots and offices all over the country, and operates with more than 51 vehicles. Will cut-off times be affected?
