FedEx Express Launches its First Direct Flight between U.S. mainland and Guam
First Direct Express Flight to Meet Increasing Customer Demand

Tamuning, Guam, May 15, 2011— FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, today announced the launch of the first dedicated weekly flight connecting Anchorage, Alaska to Guam.

The inbound MD-11 flight from Anchorage, scheduled to arrive at Guam International Airport every Sunday, offers customers in Guam with faster service and more cargo capacity. With this flight, FedEx is able to deliver documents and FedEx International Priority® (IP) shipments from the U.S. mainland to Guam in two-to-three business days, and improve the delivery time of FedEx International Priority Freight® (IPF) to Guam from the U.S. mainland.
