New Textiles Trader Registration Scheme (TTRS) Fee Structure
The Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department (TID) announced that a new fee structure for the Textiles Trader Registration Scheme (TTRS) will be effective from June 25, 2007.
The new TTRS fee structure is as follows:
- The annual registration fee of TTRS will be reduced from HK$2,825 to HK$718.
- New Export Notification (EN)/Transshipment Notification (TN) forms are to be used for exporters/forwarders if their TTRS validity periods begin on or after Jun 25, 2007 at a new fee of HK$4.30 for each paper notification form.
Customers whose TTRS validity periods begin prior to June 25, 2007 can continue to use the existing EN/TN forms at a charge of HK$0.5 per each form.
From June 25, 2007, exporters are required to provide the 8-digit Harmonized System Code Number for products covered by paper/electronic notification under the “Hong Kong HS Code” column.
