Regulations for KJ3 Category Inbound Shipments to the PRC
The General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China recently issued a statement regarding its Decree No.39 of 2009 which sets out the declaration regulations for KJ3* category inbound shipments to the PRC*. The statement said that when making customs declarations for imported KJ3 shipments, the express carrier should declare detailed shipment information including the specification of the goods, model, quantity and measure unit in the commodity name column on the Customs Declaration Form.
So as to save time and make the import customs clearance process as smooth as possible, we would like to remind overseas shippers who are sending KJ3 shipments into China to provide detailed information about the goods on documents accompanying the shipment such as the air waybill and commercial invoice.
