Change in Licensing Requirements for Textile Shipments to the EU
Please note that there will be a change in licensing requirements for the export of textiles to the European Union (EU)* effective June 29, 2009.
You will be required to use Comprehensive Export License or Export License (Textiles) Form 4 instead of Export Notification 1 (EN1) / Export Notification 2 (EN2) for shipping textiles to the EU as per the following table.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
