Obtain Import/Export Declaration Information Online!
Hong Kong Customs and Excise regulations require customers to lodge a declaration within 14 days of importing or exporting a shipment. To help you obtain the necessary declaration details of your shipments faster and more conveniently, FedEx has launched an “Online Declaration Details” service.
The service is designed for customers who are looking to streamline their daily import/export declaration process. The declaration details, comprising flight number and flight departure/arrival dates, are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And for record purposes, the information is also offered as either a printable report or as an Excel file.
To take advantage of this free service, simply go to www.fedex.com/hk, click on the “Online Declaration Details” link in the bottom left-hand corner, and enter the tracking number of your shipment. It’s that easy and convenient!
