Improved Delivery Commitment to Shanghai
At FedEx, we always strive to provide customers with the best possible service and we are delighted to share the latest news about improvements to our service into China.
Effective September 2009, our inbound delivery commitment to Shanghai has been brought forward from 6 p.m. to noon for all International Priority (IP) shipments. This follows our improved commitment – also noon – for inbound deliveries to the Pearl River Delta region in southern China which was introduced in May this year.
The service enhancement was made possible with the opening of our new Asia-Pacific Hub at Guangzhou’s Baiyun International Airport.
