Shipping Tips – Telephone Numbers on AWBs

 

At FedEx, we pride ourselves on our on-time delivery. You can help us achieve this by completing all the required information on the air waybill (AWB).

 

It is especially important to provide the contact number of the shipper and the consignee. Otherwise, in the event that there is a delay in the customs clearance process, our staff will not be able to notify either the shipper or the consignee about the delay in a timely manner.

 

So please always remember to provide the contact numbers on your AWB.
