| Description: | This position is a combination of sales and information technology and requires experience and skills in both areas. Customer Technology Specialists are responsible for logistics and technical consulting, installation of FedEx shipping software solutions and providing training and support to FedEx customers in order to streamline customer shipping processes and increase automated volume and revenues. Customer Technical Specialists are assigned specific territory goals and must be self-motivated and aggressive with previous experience in achieving results and meeting company and department goals. |
| Requirement: | - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years professional experience in sales, consulting, computer science, and/or face to face customer contact experience. - Have technical experience in implementing or supporting personal computer systems, especially client/server systems. - Good presentation skills and fluency in Cantonese and English are a must. |
