Tailored Garments 1. To avoid delays in customs clearance, the Social Security Number (SSN) of the U.S. personal buyer should be printed on both the FedEx Air Waybill and Commercial Invoice if shipment is consigned directly to the personal buyer. 2. The Employer's Identification Number (EIN) of the U.S. buying agent that act as the U.S. Importer should be provided if shipment is consigned to this agent. 3. Shipment should be consigned to a residential address if going to individual buyer, while to a business address if going to a buying agent. 4. The words 'Made-to-measure apparels for personal use of consignee and not for resale' must be stated on both the FedEx Air Waybill and Commercial Invoice. 5. A list of names of final intended personal buyers must be included for shipment consigned to an U.S. buying agent. |
Suits
| The Country of Origin and Fabric Content label must be permanently sewn onto the garment. See Picture 13 and 14.
The sewing of a label showing the name of the buyer onto the garment is optional. See Picture 15. A Country of Origin Declaration (Single/Multiple) is required. A Quota Charge Statement is required. |
