We believe that the information about your shipment is as important as the shipment itself. FedEx has a powerful advanced information system where we upload data about your shipment as it moves through our network. All you need is the 12-digit package tracking number.
To track the status of your shipment:
- Go to our Tracking page and key in up to 25 tracking numbers.
- Use FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com.
- Contact Customer Service.
