Use this free online tool to ship virtually anywhere, anytime - even when you're away from the office. Since any employee with Internet access can use FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com, you can increase efficiency in your organization by allowing employees to manage their own shipments.

Simplify your shipping process with these features:
- Quick Login: Choose this option to save your User ID so that you don't have to enter it each time you login.
- Laser Printed Shipping Labels: Enjoy greater convenience and accuracy when you complete FedEx Express shipping labels online and print them on your own laser printer.
- Address Book: Store up to 2,000 names and addresses, saving time and effort. Just select a recipient from your address book, and the Recipient Information is automatically completed for your convenience.
- FedEx ShipAlert®: Email automatic messages with relevant shipping information to yourself, your recipient, and two others announcing that a FedEx package is on the way and/or has been delivered.
- Shipping History: See instantly what you've shipped, and where, over the past 45 days. No more storing receipts or manually maintaining records.
- Schedule Pickup: Schedule a pickup online with Ship Manager at fedex.com, and get your pickup confirmation number via email. You can also easily cancel a pickup online and get a cancellation confirmation email.
- Fast Ship: Create and store shipping profiles and quickly ship the same package repeatedly to the same recipient with the Fast Ship feature.
- Quick Cancellation: Cancel your shipment online with this easy-to-use feature.
- Package Status Tracking: Check the status of packages any time with just a click of the mouse. No more calling to track shipment status.
- Multiple Piece Shipping: Ship up to 10 pieces on the same Air Waybill.
- Group Shipping: Send the same shipment type to a group of different addresses without re-entering the description, weight, etc. for each Air Waybill.
- Customized Reports: Create shipment reports to your own specification. Design your report with only the fields you want.
- Repeat a shipment that you have just produced or Reprint an Air Waybill from your shipping history.
- Supported Services: FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International First®, FedEx 10kg and 25kg Box, FedEx Europe FirstTM, FedEx International Priority® Freight.

To use FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com, you need no proprietary software or hardware. You only need:
- A FedEx Account Number. If you don't have one, please contact Customer Service.
- A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) browser, such as Netscape® Navigator 4.06 or higher, or Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.x or higher.
- A laser printer to print FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com shipping labels. Other printers do not produce shipping labels of acceptable quality.
If you have a FedEx Account, register for FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com and begin shipping.
If you do not have a FedEx Account Number, you must sign up for an account before you can register for FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com.
