FedEx Service during G20 Seoul Summit
The G20 Seoul Summit 2010 will be held on November 11 and 12 at COEX in Samsung-dong.
To ensure the success of the G20 Summit, the National Police Agency announced the ‘G20 Seoul Summit Security Measures,’ which will restrict the public accessibility to COEX complex and World Trade Center area from November 8 to 12.
As a result, the pick-up and delivery service of FedEx will be temporarily impacted in neighboring areas of COEX from November 10 to November 12
To minimize the impact to our service in the affected area, we are going to put the following operational contingency plans into place:
- FedEx will operate additional routes in the areas and utilize FedEx Kinko’s Samsung and POSCO centers from November 8 to November 12.
- FedEx couriers will stay at the FedEx Kinko’s Samsung and POSCO center and will provide services on November 11 and 12.
To provide the best possible service to our customers during the G20 Seoul Summit, FedEx will offer temporary operation schedule in Samsung-dong, Daechi-dong, Chungdam-dong, Yoksam-dong and Nonhyun-dong area from November 11 to November 12 as below:
