Printable Version New FedEx widget gives customers additional, easy-to-use shipping information
You can now download the new FedEx Desktop software free of charge, to install on your computer. This tool allows you to track detailed information on all your shipments without having to open Internet Explorer or to log on to fedex.com. It can also provide pro-active alerts on the delivery of your parcel or in the case of an exception. If you are already a FedEx InSight® user, FedEx Desktop will also automatically display all your shipments. In addition, if you login on FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com using your ID and password, you will automatically see all shipments processed via that system on FedEx Desktop.
FedEx Desktop allows you to review the tracking history of all shipments according to your own criteria. You can also store the details of up to 3,600 shipments and manually add or purge tracking numbers as you wish.
Already have a fedex.com login? If so you can download and install FedEx Desktop now. If not, you can first register on fedex.com and then download the FedEx Desktop to your computer.
The FedEx Desktop option is now available in English for use in UAE, Bahrain, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, the UK, Sweden, Ireland, France, Spain, India, Italy, Kuwait, Estonia, Luxembourg, Norway, Latvia and Lithuania.
