Printable Version Detailed Pickup Information Now Available Online


You can now view, edit or cancel your shipment pickups online, at fedex.com.

This new application displays information on all of your scheduled, completed or cancelled pickups, for up to 30 days.

Simply select “Schedule a Pickup” from the dropdown menu available under the tab “Ship” on fedex.com, and select “Pickup History”. The information displayed includes pickup date, pickup time, confirmation number, address, status, and pickup type.  From there, you can change the pickup address, number of packages and ready time of the package, or cancel the pickup.

The pickup information only refers to shipments booked online. Please be informed that it does not include any pickups scheduled through FedEx Customer Service, or any regularly scheduled pickups at your location.
