Eligibility
All walk-in, cash customers in specified Indian cities with international shipping requirements are eligible to participate in this Program. The Program is not applicable to customers who hold a FedEx International Account (Credit Account). The Program shall be in force between July 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009 only (“Program Period”). The Program is open to all Indian Residents over the age of 18 but not to employees of FedEx and its affiliates and their alliance partners and agencies and their affiliates and the family members of such employees.
This Program is not open to the companies or their employees, which restrict or prohibit its employees from receipt of gifts or anything of value from its vendor/s or any person. Government entities and undertakings are not eligible to participate in this program.
All personal data of the participants gathered by FedEx under the Program shall be stored and processed in accordance with the privacy policy of FedEx and the applicable regulatory requirements.
Participation in FedEx walk-in customer incentive Program (the "Program") indicates that the customer has read & agreed to the Terms and Conditions specified herein.
Methodology and Rewards
- A customer is entitled to receive a FedEx Ship for Rewards score card upon tendering for carriage the first international shipment at a FedEx retail outlet.
- The score card will indicate the rewards, which the customer can redeem after the 1,3,5,7,10th shipment, provided all the said shipments are shipped during the Program Period. A customer can decide the level at which to redeem the reward. In case a customer decides to redeem the reward at say the 4th shipment, the customer will get the reward mentioned in the 3rd level. However, the customer cannot avail rewards for multiple levels say both 1st and 3rd levels
- In case a customer chooses to redeem the score card after the first shipment, the customer can avail another score card when shipping again. There is no limit on the number of scorecards that can be used simultaneously and a customer is entitled to aggregate shipments on several scorecards for calculation of the achievement.
- The achievement will be calculated based on the entries recorded in the scorecard and attested by FedEx.
- The customer will need to ensure the AWB is entered correctly in the score card. Any shipment not entered/incorrectly entered in the scorecard will not be considered as a valid record and will be excluded from calculating the total achievement.
- In the event of loss of scorecard, the customer is required to produce the original AWB for issue of duplicate scorecard.
- Only customers completing minimum 10 shipments or more are eligible for the bumper prize. In case of a tie, the maximum number of shipments will be used to arrive at a winner. In case of a tie again, the earliest date of the last shipment will be used to arrive at a winner. In case of a tie again, it is the sole discretion of the company to arrive at a winner.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offering (eg: discounts offered for shipping documents to universities, Rakhi etc).
- Multipiece shipments travelling on one AWB will be treated as one shipment.
- All rewards will be dispatched to the mailing address mentioned by the customer on the scorecard within 3 (three) weeks from the date of submission of the scorecard.
- The scorecard will have to be submitted at any FedEx retail outlet where the program is being rolled out to claim the reward, failing which the reward cannot be claimed.
- PAFEX and FedEx score cards cannot be clubbed to claim a reward.
- Images or graphics of Rewards on the scorecard may not represent the actual item.
- Once a Redemption request has been made, it cannot be cancelled.
- Taxes and other levies on the rewards may be imposed by any relevant applicable government or tax authorities and the winners shall be fully responsible for payment of the same.
- All merchandise offered through this Program is subject to availability. FedEx reserves the right to change or substitute or modify the rewards without prior notice to program participants.
- FedEx assumes no liability for any loss or injury suffered by program participants or third parties as a result of the use of the Rewards

General
- All rewards offered are on a best-effort basis and are offered directly by SurfGold India Pvt Ltd.(Accentive). Fedex will not entertain any claim or correspondence with respect to any reward or otherwise. Fedex makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with regard to the type, quality or fitness of the reward provided under the Program. Customers must take up any complaints directly with the reward providing company or the manufacturer as the case may be.
- Rewards will be processed only on submission of the duly completed FedEx scorecard along with the redemption address at the FedEx retail outlet.
- Rewards cannot be returned, exchanged, converted into cash, credit or other benefits, products or services or carried forward or transferred to any other person.
- FedEx may suspend or terminate the program at any time it deems necessary. Fedex may, in its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of applicable rules (including, but not limited to these terms and conditions) shall result, without limitation, in the elimination of the customer from the Program and shall disqualify the customer from participation in the Program as well as in any future sales promotion programs of FedEx. In addition, FedEx reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorney fees, incurred in prosecuting any lawsuit.
- In no event shall FedEx or any FedEx affiliate be liable to any customer, or any third party, for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of FedEx or any promotion participant's acts or omissions in connection with the Program.
- Failure on the part of FedEx to enforce these terms and conditions in part or as a whole shall not constitute a waiver of that/these term(s) or condition(s) by FedEx.
- All disputes relating to these terms and conditions, rewards or any other aspect of the Program shall be finally resolved by FedEx at its sole discretion. Decisions by FedEx shall be final and binding on the customers. No disputes regarding the Program will be entertained after February 28, 2010.
- Any and all disputes concerning this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
