Prepare Documents and Labels

  • Use the Find International Documents tool to determine and print the documents needed to accompany your international shipments, both express and ground.

  • Then, save time with the document preparation center to prepare, store and reuse your export documentation.

  • Use FedEx Ship Manager® to quickly and easily create shipping labels for your FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipments.

Pack and Send Your Shipment

  • Go to Package Your Shipment to learn what packaging options we offer, to get tips on properly packing your shipment and to find out how the FedEx Packaging Services department can help you improve your own packaging.

  • Conveniently order supplies online. We offer a range of free, easy-to-use FedEx Express shipping supplies for your convenience. Your order will be shipped for delivery typically in two to five business days.

  • Go to Find FedEx Locations for packing services, packaging supplies and package drop-off. With more than 50,000 locations and self-service drop boxes to choose from — including many staffed locations such as FedEx Office that keep longer business hours to accommodate unpredictable schedules — it’s easy to get us your package.
