Application Steps for the Green Industries Trade Mission:

• Please e-mail the below information to Brad Bowers at bbbowers@fedex.com.
• The U.S. Commercial Service (USCS) will contact you to gain a better understanding of your business model and also provide you with additional information about the trade mission.
• You will be asked to complete the USCS Questionnaire used for trade mission delegates. The questionnaire is used to help the USCS identify potential business contacts for you and the USCS will make certain that there are solid opportunities for you before any final commitments are made.
• If approved, you will also be asked to complete a Participation Agreement and pay a $1,500 per trade mission delegate fee to participate in this trade mission.

Green Industries Trade Mission participation fee: $1,500 per trade mission delegate. Matchmaking sessions with the U.S. Commercial Service are included in this fee. The fee is based on a certain number of participants. It is possible that the costs could increase depending on the participation level. Itinerary changes may be subject to possible additional fees. The participation fee does not include the cost of hotel rooms; air transportation to Paris and from or within the other European countries; meals outside of mission events; optional personal tours taken outside of the mission; and other personal expenses.

Following receipt of this information, we will send you additional information on the trade mission along with a questionnaire and participation agreement. The Trade Mission Questionnaire requests information on your objectives for this mission. The Participation Agreement and payment ensure your space in the trade mission. Your company's product or service should contain at least 51% U.S.-manufactured content.
