Appreciation & Apology
We would like to express our appreciation to FedEx customers and the many others who have expressed their condolences to the families of the pilots who tragically lost their lives in the FedEx aircraft accident at Narita International Airport on March 23, 2009.
We are continuing to work closely with the local authorities to investigate the cause of the accident and to ensure that all possible measures are in place to ensure the safety of our operations.
We apologize to all those customers who were affected by the accident and thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time.
Our thoughts remain with the families whilst we will continue to work towards providing the best and most reliable services to our customers.
