Use the FedEx Expanded Service International Air Waybill for dangerous goods and the FedEx® International Broker Select Option.




 

  • Use FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com to complete the FedEx Expanded Service International Air Waybill online.
  • If you don't have easy access to a computer with an Internet connection, you can order blank FedEx Expanded Service International Air Waybills by calling your customer service department.

To complete the FedEx Expanded Service International Air Waybill, follow the steps below:

Fill in sender information, including your FedEx account number.

Fill in recipient information. Be sure to include the recipient's phone number, along with other accurate information. In some cases the recipient's tax I.D. number is required for customs purposes.

This section does not replace a Commercial Invoice, when one is required, but you must fill it out completely and accurately including a detailed description of the goods. A customs value and description must be completed for all your international shipments with no exceptions. The Total Declared Value for Carriage must not exceed the Total Declared Value for Customs. The Total Declared Value for Customs must be the same as the value declared on the Commercial Invoice.

Check the type of service you require. Note that not all options are available to all destinations.

Check this section if you are shipping packages over 150 lbs (68 kg), and enter your booking number. Remember that you must book freight services with FedEx in advance by calling your customer service department.

Be sure to indicate the type of packaging.

Check the boxes that apply to your shipment. Remember, not all options are available to all destinations. If you choose "Dangerous Goods", you must include a Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods form.

If you choose "Broker Selection", give the broker's name, address and phone number.

If you select "Bill Recipient" or "Bill Third Party," we'll need the FedEx account number of the party to be billed.

Include the FedEx account number of the party to be billed for Customs charges. Keep in mind that if the Recipient or Third Party fails to pay, you as the Sender are responsible.

Record any internal numbers or codes you need for reference.

Don't forget to sign and date your Expanded Service International Air Waybill.
