Voice Response Unit (VRU) Removal

In response to overwhelming Customer feedback, from November 29, 2010 onwards, we have removed the Voice Response Unit (VRU) from our Customer Service Hotline: 080 023 8000. The removal of the VRU allows your calls to be connected directly to our Customer Service representative. Our dedicated team will assist with any request you may have.
