FedEx Korea to be awarded best partner of KITA
Seoul, July, 24th 2006 - FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) announced that FedEx Korea was selected one of 3 best partners of KITA. KITA will hold the award ceremony for 3 best partners that have contributed to domestic trade industry, celebrating its 60th anniversary on July 25. KITA spokesperson said "FedEx Korea has the highest sales growth rate among the members and we have closely cooperated with each other for the past 5years."
David Carden, the Country Managing Director of FedEx Korea stated that FedEx Korea would continuously keep on cooperating with KITA and it would contribute to Korean trade industry with FedEx's localized upgraded service and global network and cutting edge technologies .
FedEx Korea has supported local companies for their trade business providing special discount service with over 10,000 customers since 2001 and held China seminar for customers. 3 best partners such as FedEx Korea, 'Media-X' and 'Seoul Messe I&C corporations were selected from recommendation of KITA's each department.
