From September 1 you can call FedEx Customer Service team on 080 023 8000 any time, from any where in the country.
From that date, 080 023 8000 will be the number to call for services and enquiries nationwide, bringing you new levels of convenience. Operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the Customer Service hotline will also feature an enhanced call-handling system.

The call-in cut-off times when scheduling a pickup are:
